The Row House

This late-19th-century row house, set within the fabric of New York City, was redefined through a careful, phased renovation. The design balances historic continuity with modern livability, introducing a reconfigured main level for gathering, a calm upper-floor suite, and a relaxed lower-level lounge. A redesigned façade and rear patio complete the intervention, creating a home that offers both connection to the city and moments of retreat.
