The Farmhouse

This early 20th-century farmhouse, once the center of a 100+ acre dairy farm, sat vacant for over a decade before its renovation. The design introduces a quieter, more open plan oriented toward the surrounding landscape, with large windows drawing in light and long views. A hardworking kitchen and dining area support both daily life and entertaining. Existing materials—including oak floors, original doors, and exposed beams—were retained, lending warmth and texture throughout.
